MAXEX LLC is hiring our first Corporate Recruiter.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recruiting, HR and helping a fast-growing start-up attract amazing people.  The Corporate Recruiter will provide talent acquisition support to departments across the MAXEX organization. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the search and selection process for the hiring of sales, product, technical, marketing and other professionals and niche skill positions in support of MAXEX’s overall vision and mission.


  • Collaborate with senior and departmental leaders to identify and create a strategy for both internal and external talent acquisition.

  • Provide full life cycle recruiting services to meet corporate departmental staffing needs.

  • Provide market intelligence on recruiting and staffing trends within the finance and technology verticals.

  • Ability to develop unique sourcing strategies.  

  • Ability to assess candidates and provide feedback to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.

  • Heavy focus on mid-level hiring across multiple cities within the US with a primary focus on sales & technology in a few core locations.

  • Ability to develop, setup, manage and execute overall end-to-end processes.

  • Provide a great onboarding experience for all new hires whether sourced internally or using an outside firm.


  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • Must have 3-5 years of professional level recruiting experience

  • Experience developing and executing candidate sourcing strategies - cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screening/interviews

  • Ability to align corporate goals with department managers staffing needs.

  • Proven track record of directly sourcing talent.

  • Deliver consistently in a fast-paced, fast- changing work environment by managing time and effort across multiple hiring managers/executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
