The Transaction Manager will be responsible for loan settlements, collateral tracking, and servicing transfers. Additional responsibilities include overseeing the gathering of all necessary account information and documents for new participants on MAXEX’s LoanExchange platform.


  • Assist clients with platform related questions and issues, escalate internally as needed.
  • Provide support to loan originator and secondary market Investors for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries.
  • Support flow and bulk loan settlements by ensuring all deliverables are provided to counter parties per agreed upon timelines. This includes Mortgage loan schedule, funding data, settlement memo, purchase advice, commitment letters and reliance letters. Additional deliverables may be required as agreed upon with new counter parties.
  • Perform “cleanup” activities to support mortgage whole loan sale transactions, settlement and servicing transfer including; retrieval of required documents, confirm/ track collateral shipments, Good-Bye letters, 404 notices and validate data, verify, etc.
  • Work with scout team associates (indirect reports) to manage completion of clean-up activities to ensure agreed upon timelines with clients and counterparties are achieved.
  • Owns configuration of and monitors, contacts and data integrity within MAXEX’s Salesforce instance, including loan level data for transactions conducted on the Exchange.

  • Flexibility to work late coverage to support lock desk and loan settlements, 10AM-7PM EST, schedule to be determined.
