TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT ANALYST

MAXEX LLC is looking for a Transaction Management Analyst who enjoys a fast paced, fun and collaborative work environment. The Transaction Management Analyst will mainly be responsible for supporting lock desk functions but should also possess the “whatever it takes to get the job done” mindset. Some additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, assisting the rest of the Transaction Management team in the gathering of necessary account information and documents for participants on MAXEX’s LoanExchange platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process lock requests and lock confirmations, additionally process all change request, reprice requests and extension requests in accordance with the MAXEX sellers guide and trading platform.

  • Processes commitments to secondary market investors and updates various systems as needed.

  • Provide support to loan originator and Secondary Market Investors for pricing inquiries, post lock questions/inquiries.

  • Ability to assist clients with platform related questions and issues, escalating internally as needed.

  • Support client onboarding including technology set up, credential distribution and platform functionality walk through for unfamiliar users.

  • Perform “cleanup” activities to support mortgage whole loan sale transactions, settlement and servicing transfer including; retrieval of required documents, confirm and track shipments, validate data, verify, etc.

  • Flexibility to work late coverage to support lock desk and loan settlements, 10AM-7PM EST, schedule to be determined

  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • College Degree preferred, or prior work experience equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision (self-motivated)

  • Must be a team player

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Ability to reconcile priorities and meet deadlines

  • Adaptable to change

  • Stamina (40+ hour work weeks possible)
