A Bigger, Better, Faster Jumbo Express

One of our most popular programs just got better. A growing number of Sellers lock their jumbo loans with MAXEX Jumbo Express because it’s faster and more efficient than traditional programs. Beginning on April 30, enjoy an enhanced program packed with updates including the ability to use the AUS to underwrite income, expanded eligibility including the addition of non-owner occupied properties, with generous loan limits for all transaction types.

Increase Speed in Underwriting using the AUS findings

Sellers love MAXEX Jumbo Express because it enables them to use Desktop Underwriter® or Loan Prospector AdvisorSM automated underwriting system (AUS) for the majority of the underwriting including income, employment, credit and assets, with minimal overlays. No Appendix Q!.

Streamline Lending for Primary and Second Homes

We’ve combined MAXEX Jumbo Express and MAXEX Investor Express into a single program, making it easier for you to originate loans for primary residences, second homes and investment properties while leveraging a single set of guidelines.

Better Meet Borrower Needs with Expanded Guidelines

We’re expanding our guidelines, making the program more accessible to a broader range of borrowers. Many aspects of the program—from maximum LTV to credit score and DTI—have been updated.

Originate More Jumbos with New Loan Types and Increased Loan Limits

We’ve increased the maximum loan amount from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000, further expanding program applicability across your portfolio. Additionally, we’ve added 15-year fixed and multiple ARM options in addition to our existing 30-year fixed program.

These are just a few of the updates. View the MAXEX Jumbo Express program overview for a complete summary of this enhanced program or visit maxex.com/programs to learn more about our full suite of loan products.
