How do I submit a scenario question?
Email nondelscenarios@maxex.com with borrower scenario details. Requests submitted by 12 p.m. PT get a same-day response.
What are your exception request guidelines?
Send the loan scenario, the specific guideline at issue, and your justification to nondelexceptions@maxex.com. You’ll get an actionable answer within 2 business days.
